Pricing & Payment

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order before fulfillment.

Payment is due at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it may be sent into production shortly after checkout. Because of this, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times include both production time and carrier transit time. Because many items are made to order, your order may take a few business days to be printed, packed, and shipped.

Standard shipping is $6.95. Orders of $125 or more qualify for free standard shipping, based on the order subtotal before taxes and any additional fees.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or a change of mind after purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of deliverywith your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

If the issue qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request otherwise.

Small print placement variations may occur with made-to-order apparel. For direct-to-garment printed items, slight placement differences of up to 0.5 inches are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
