Shipping

Each order is made especially for you once it is placed. Because we currently use a print-on-demand production model, your item is printed, packed, and shipped after checkout rather than pulled from pre-made inventory.

This helps us avoid excess inventory and keep things intentional as we grow.

Order Processing

Most orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. Please allow time for your item to be printed before it ships.

Typical production time is 2–5 business days, though this may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Estimated shipping times are typically:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
Expedited Shipping: Available when offered at checkout

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. For example, if an item takes 3 business days to produce and 5 business days to ship, the total estimated delivery window would be around 8 business days.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping for $6.95.

Orders of $125 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The free shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal before taxes and any additional fees.

Multiple Shipments

Because items may be produced by different print partners or facilities, some orders may arrive in more than one package. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

You will not be charged extra shipping if your order is split into multiple packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to arrange a replacement shipment, but additional shipping charges may apply.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, carrier delays may occasionally happen and are outside of our direct control.

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll help review the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

If the issue qualifies, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

International Shipping

At this time, we may not offer shipping to every country or region. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
