Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
Because we are a made-to-order brand, each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This helps us avoid excess inventory and keep things intentional as we grow.
For that reason, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or a change of mind after purchase. Please double-check the size chart, color, and order details before checking out.
That said, we want you to receive what you ordered and feel good about it. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@shopoffhourssocial.com. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue, and we’ll review it right away.
If the issue qualifies, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to send the damaged item back.
If the same issue affects multiple items in your order, we may ask for a photo or short video showing all affected items together so we can properly confirm the problem.
Please note that small print placement variations can happen with made-to-order apparel. For direct-to-garment printed items, slight placement differences of up to 0.5 inches are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
